There's a lot of pros mentioned above, but ultimately if you don't work, you won't achieve them. - It's a start-up environment, so everything moves with such velocity. - Stress (as comes with any recruitment role) - Sometimes you need to work outside of hours (if you want more commission 😉) The benefits here far outweigh the cons.
