Most people working at Reeves International/Breyer Horses are overworked and miserable. The company is very understaffed and is a confused mess. Most employees are doing the work of two, three, or four people. Interviews are a bait and switch. You will interview for one job and end up doing two, three, four jobs not related to what you were hired for. Employees are always quitting. The company is badly managed. Processes and procedures are not followed which makes working in this company very frustrating. You will be expected to know how the company works without being trained and will be expected to figure things out on your own. Certain senior management people have “issues”. Communication between management and staff in this company is poor. It is not a happy place to work. Working in this company will end up making you a negative and miserable person. Management has been using a life coach which has become a running joke in the company. End of year bonus is a pizza lunch. All the other low reviews of this company are correct. It’s a BAD place to work.
