Avantages
Most of the people are great, making a good team environment, nice office.
Inconvénients
Lack of development opportunities. Flat structure with lots of "managers" and not enough people doing the work, so you're always over worked and don't have time to focus on any advanced learning. Great if you're happy with no progression, but if you're looking to climb the ranks, don't bother. They're constantly restructuring and bringing in external hires at a higher level and salary bracket, moving the goals for next career steps. Senior leaders are coming and going too often, trying to stamp their authority. Broken promises and commitments. Reece used to be a great culture 3+ years ago, supportive and backed employees to grow and innovative. Now, everyone is too worried if they'll still have a job tomorrow. Going to be some hard years to come...
