Your success here is directly tied to who you report to and their feelings towards you. As well as upper managements feelings towards them. You can be put in a terrible situation if upper management shows up for a random meeting and you get chosen as the person who has to fall on the sword to save your boss. Additionally there is STILL no sales playbook or process. It’s “figure it out” and then “why didn’t you figure it out yet? This is so disappointing”
Additionally base compensation is laughable for the roles and touted as “Redgate is never going to be the place you have a great comp” because UK salaries are lower than US without any of those benefits.
While the new CEO is a great person the tone of the company completely shifted when Simon left. I understand their mission is to IPO but the cart was put before the horse in ways that destroyed people’s trajectory there. Stock options were not worth the time.
