Since your tenure we have adopted external training aimed at developing effective, yet transformational leaders. We have made significant strides in making sure our Core Values are at the center of all that we do and committed to hiring management staff who intimately understand our “Why.” RRCU is also committed to helping our team members pursue their greatest aspirations and have taken a thorough look at compensation modeling.
