      Avantages

      Team work, encouraging/positive work environment, great pay, good benefits. Everyone works as a team and the work schedule is flexible. It is a culturally diverse environment with busy challenging work loads.

      Good people, work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management listens too much to corporate and has no sympathy for lives impacted. Layoffs occurred with little to no guidance, no transitions and no handoff.
