Worst company I have ever worked for - Avis employé Welder/Fabricator Rebar Machine Service

Owner sits in his office and watches everyone on camera all day. Will write anyone up if he feels you are working fast enough. Manager yells screams and cusses at employees. Will call you a B word anytime he feels. No a/c in the summer no heat in the winter.
