Our CEO’s role requires focus across various sectors, and as we are located on many continents it can be difficult to build connection with each Razorian.
Our aim has always been to maintain productivity and team cohesion, and we are transparent from the start of a hiring process that we are mainly an onsite work culture. We strive to handle changes transparently and respectfully, and we will continue to improve our communication during such events. We are committed to developing our managers and are investing in their training. The recent departures are part of the natural ebb and flow of any growing company, and we understand the reasons behind them.
