      Avantages

      It’s very rewarding to watch patients reach their goals and to have a hand in their progress

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for the amount of work you have to do, poor communication and lack of training, PTA would act nice and then insult patients and constantly complain and demean aides and PTs

      Everything, therapists and aides are very friendly and great to work with. The patients are also really nice
