Avantages

Big ideas were often encouraged and there was opportunity for advancement on the creative team.

Inconvénients

Over the course of nearly two years, the leadership was never able to articulate, implement, or execute an integrated services strategy, and - crucially - failed to reform and pivot when faced with change. During my tenure Rally shrunk from 4 offices and 40+ employees to fewer than 10 employees today. Morale was very low for the majority of my time there, as there were multiple rounds of layoffs, and reports of staff being unceremoniously fired. Talented people gradually left the agency, and critical roles became vacant and never refilled. This eroded agency capabilities to execute on client work. Remaining staff were pushed to unreasonable limits and expected to deliver results without resources or support.
