Senior members satisfied juniors will curse them make fun Even freshers has more salary than some of the 2 - 3 years experienced employee of this department You get free food that's something to cheer for both OSS & BSS for now
Inconvénients
Department wise culture will lead to downfall Too much politics , very dirty , client snatching, derailing the company that is also happening here, very very miserable days ahead
