Leave Policies are very Bad. Especially All the earned leaves will be Reset to 5. instead of being carried forward to next Year. Less or No Extra Curricular activities. The Remote Teams make almost all the decisions. The Managers and employees in India just follow what the remote teams dictates. Office is in Malleshwaram, which is like another planet for most people in I.T sector.
