      Avantages

      -Amazing Team -Great Leadership -love the people I work with -President and CEO have a mission of social impact and practice what they preach -Built on Impact and truly care about it -Great Culture -Pretty good about working with you on schedule if you need to be remote

      Inconvénients

      -the office is nice, but definitely a corporate office -expected to be in the office 8:30-6, but the partners are nice and will work with you and make exceptions if you ask

      The leadership team was supportive and care about their people.

      Inconvénients

      Finding work life balance was challenging. I think this is typical in CPA firm.
