Avantages
Some very bright minds and good people at Radeus, unfortunately none of those people are in management or leadership roles
Inconvénients
Regularly asked me to perform tasks that were beyond the scope of my job title, however were unwillingly to pay me even at a level appropriate for my job title. When I asked for appropriate compensation for level of work performed (or at least to be paid according to what my job title was based on their internal pay scale), I was laid off despite very positive performance reviews and given an extremely weak severance package. I was laid off officially because they were discontinuing software that I was working on, despite my work on that software taking up maybe 10% of my total time. It felt like a very thinly veiled excuse for not wanting to pay me market rate. They talk the talk about being a tight-knit company and caring about employees, but when it comes time to pay up they absolutely do not walk the walk. Far below average PTO for new employees
