      Avantages

      Radeberger has a a interesting product portfolio. It's great for marketers to start in a environment with some beloved brands.

      Inconvénients

      The biggest problem is the lack of innovation. Radeberger Group is a very old company which has grown due to acquisitions. This leaves the most parts of the company quite old and blows the whole structure massively up. Innovation is being stopped through most of managerial levels.

      Not one. Just absolutely horrendous

      Everything about this place sucks. Bad all around. Leadership is a rare combination of unprofessional, incompetent and mean. Zero respect for work life balance and zero respect and common decency.
