Absolutely horrendous company to work for. I was working 9+ hours every day, with a workload completely over what could be achieved. I was struggling with anxiety as a result of feeling as though I wasn't getting through enough work, due to the ridiculous reporting expectations from the US based clients. Management and account directors were nasty, to the point where someone actually said they questioned my intelligence, because I was struggling under the weight of the work. Yet, after I left, they hired two people to do my job. They gave everyone in the office a promotion to stop them from leaving, because they were losing all their clients. No one good sticks around.
