I wouldn't recommend - Avis employé KYC CDD Analyst Rabobank

Upper management have made it clear that they do not care about their employees and have become rather obsessed with making more money. We recently celebrated the best year Rabobank has ever had (financially), and instead of rewarding their employees, the bank has decided to let some of their most loyal and hardworking employees go. On top that, they have urged us to start incorporating AI into our work. And when asked if it will eventually replace our jobs, they couldn't provide us with a straight answer. We have also been stripped of a lot of our benefits e.g. we no longer have an annual Christmas party, and we no longer have a catering team. Overall, would not recommend.
