Avantages
They pay a salary not on time, sometimes on 5th of the month, other times on the 10th and sometimes on 15th. They pay part of the monthly salary to Labor Dept. Social Wellfare
Inconvénients
The contract they signed with me in 2019 had an annual leave and end of service pay- the contract was cancelled after 6 months and they ended my contract in April 2021, I never received compensation for my annual leave nor end of service. I applied for a salary package that is given to foreigners being an Australian citizen but never received anything. I have worked hard and produced more than 150 drawings designs and detailed technical drawings.
