Avantages

Well you get to work remotely and no need to visit office. Besides this, well, I don't see any pros currently. Once there used to be only Pros of this company but now its only cons I guess.

Inconvénients

Over time, the environment has shifted quite a bit and in my experience started to feel heavily micro-managed from the top. A lot of decisions feel very centralized, with leadership directly involved in day-to-day engineering discussions, which can make things unpredictable. Priorities often change quickly, sometimes week to week, which makes it hard to plan or execute work cleanly, and it often feels like engineers are expected to constantly adapt without much stability in direction. There’s also a sense of pressure around delivery speed and output, and when things slip due to shifting requirements, it can feel like the responsibility is pushed down to engineers rather than acknowledged as a broader planning issue. The overall environment can feel unstable at times, especially with recurring restructuring and layoffs, which adds uncertainty about long-term stability. While the team is still capable and talented, the current structure and leadership style can make it a stressful place to work if you value consistency, autonomy, and predictable engineering processes.

Avantages

This was an awesome company to work at for a very long time.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately, the company culture rapidly changed in late 2025. The culture was always no corporate BS, then it changed. It was like they had to make up for all of the years that were great.

Avantages

There are some good people there, and it used to be really awesome before micro-management started.

Inconvénients

The environment has turned toxic. Micro-management across the board from CEO/CTO because there are no middle managers. CEO will come into meetings with AI, ask the AI to find issues, and then ask why developers are being paid what they are. CEO constantly changes directions from week to week, then blames the developers that things aren't being shipped. If you mention it's because the direction has changed he will accuse you of FUD (Tech bro slang for Fear Uncertainty Doubt) or that you are trying to pass the buck. You are constantly put into positions of having to take a blow up just to not get fired. Even that doesn't work. Massive layoffs happening by bringing people into a room all together, firing them without reason, and then moving on. I personally think it's because they are getting the books better for a sale, but who knows. No one is really treated as a human, just as code generators. Slow down even a little bit, and you are toast. Don't worry all that risk comes with 0 equity and under market pay.
