Avantages
In the beginning they are real positive and pump you up and tell you that your vision and in-site is important and they want you and your opinions to put this company on the map for good clean affordable housing to everyone.
Inconvénients
Communication comes to a holt between corporate and in the field. Employees are treated poorly, not valued, under paid and even asked to turn the other cheek when it comes to conditions of the homes they have people living in. Residents are not appreciated and living in conditions not suitable for any human being. Residents go without running water for months at a time, These same residents have lived in the community for over 10 years, never late with rent and due to the hard freeze this winter their pipes froze. Instead of fixing the plumbing, the companies solution is to give these residents a 30 day notice to vacate. Sewage issues run abundant throughout many of their communities with backups daily into residents homes. We are told to put a band-aid on them but never really correcting the issues.
