      Avantages

      Great culture, great product, great people. The most exciting part of working at RUN is that you can pretty much work on and work with anyone. It's a laid back office environment and you can collaborate and get exposure with almost anything that interests you.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of construction going on at the new office location. Temporary, but still worth noting because it can be distracting.

      Avantages

      Unlimited vacation policy, quarterly outings, if you befriend the right person you can get any hardware or software to improve your work efficiency, you can also wear shorts on 90+ degree days if you befriend the right person and are viewed as the "chosen few".

      Inconvénients

      Working longer but not smarter is the key to success here, work 12+ hour days and get praise (even if it is -EV). You only get all the Jewish holidays and certain federal holidays (you will know the day before on which ones), remote work is frowned upon, no hot water in the office, unsanitary bathrooms, very cliquey, only certain people are held accountable, extremely passive aggressive environment. They pitch you on transparency and no red tape but its the complete opposite, treat it like buying a used car. This is your carfax!
