Avantages
There's plenty of swag, snacks, and the events are fun. The pay is competitive in the industry.
Inconvénients
The whole place is mismanaged from the top down. They operate like a startup, but a "flat structure" (which they are only on paper - the politics are still very much there) does NOT work when you reach a certain number of employees. Most of the project managers seem like a joke. They may be fine, but they're tasked with so many different projects at once, they can't give any one project the attention it needs to not be a total dumpster fire.
