      Avantages

      Restaurant managers are given a lot of control over their location. I did all of the HR, store based marketing, scheduling, inventory management, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to keep store staffed, which is typical in the restaurant industry.

      Avantages

      You can make a lot of money in cash each night and meet a lot of good hard working people who give good advice.

      Inconvénients

      Car maintenaince will bite you in the butt if you don't keep up on top of it. Also some of the managers are a pain sometimes, but if you stay on the good sides of the GM's you will be fine.
