Avantages

RockIT are a small to medium business MSP which means they will need you to do as much as possible. Definite skill gaps through out the company due to the nature of small business. Great way to cut your teeth if your starting out. If you have talent and are willing to do this job for a few months / years you'll be able to rise through the ranks quickly due to the high turn over of staff and get a better paying second / third line job at a different company willing to train and pay you appropriately.

Inconvénients

Please be mindful of the positive reviews from all I've seen so far. Not a single person who has held a technical position has left a good review. I didn't want to leave a review on here that I feel RockIT deserved as despite the negative time I had, I did learn a lot there, but on seeing the blatant attempt to bring up the ratings rather then try and fix things there, I knew I had to leave something. I wish to echo some of the cons spoken about in other reviews left, and confirm the impossible work loads and the obsession of doing everything on the cheap to the detriment of quality for both employees and customers. No training for any of the products or technologies was ever provided. Noncompetitive salaries and a focus on taking on as many clients as possible regardless of if it was even supportable or manageable. Chronic historical under-staffing in all tech departments even up to the day I left.

Avantages

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Inconvénients

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
