This company is worst of all the companies.

There are only cons and cons. Infrastructure is worst, they don't have even proper toilets, what is more amusing is same toilet for gents and ladies. They destroy qualified people career. They hire senior people and MBA students for the post of Research executives but role is not less than of call center guys. HR was completely useless, they always have same response that they can't do anything as all the decisions are taken by management. They torture employees by made them sit for 12 hours and they expect their employees to work as slaves. They have camera and microphone in every part of their office and they send unnecessary reports to torture employees. Does not gives annual bonus, always deduct salaries even on small mistakes. The rules are more or less are hilarious like you can run the AC only between 10am-6pm, you have to take the lunch according to management timings etc.

Nothing is good. They destroy careers.

This a fake company. Hire highly qualified people by offering attractive salaries but fire them out with in a period of 4-5 months. Have faced the same personally and also seen many people's career get destroyed. They have cameras and microphones everywhere is their so called office and just to torture employees and judge their time management skills. there is no HR just a email, no personal or telephonic call with HR ever during my tenure. Office place is for some export business as it is located in Noida SEZ but they are using it for research firm. Always cut employees salary by making excuses. Public holidays are not paid off.
