      Non, non at all, just dont do it to yourself

      Inconvénients

      Management that has no clue and dont want to lead. Cliqueness to the extreme. No feedback or made up feedback Manager will encourage people to talk behind you back. The last person before me last 3 months, I lasted 7, just dont do it to yourself

      Avantages

      I have had a very positive experience working for RKW. The starting salary is better than most companies. Great Benefits, 401K. Raises are awarded as experience progresses. The company is small enough where everyone, including upper management, knows your name. Flexible shifts, too.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't experienced anything negative working for this company.
