Nothing as such cuz there is nothing to learn

Inconvénients

They will start hiring you when you ask for salary hike. From last 2 to 3 years no hikes. If someone joins then that means you are stuck. Here even a award winner excellent employees gets fire.

More structured communication during transition phases would help employees feel even more supported.
