      Ethical Extremely Employee Friendly Great Compensation and Benefits. Good Reward and Recognition scheme Transparent policies Responsive and motivated senior management Great place to work for those who like a challenge. Personally, this organisation has given me a lot of opportunities to showcase my skills, which have been highly appreciated by my manager and the greater organisation. An organisation which aims to make a difference

      Inconvénients

      Some processes need an overhaul and need to be embedded throughout the organisation More thought needs to be put into career progression

      Inconvénients

      UK team would take their time to respond to our regional team delaying our time management and projects Not very easy to grow in the company

      Avantages

      Exposure to high level professionals in the property profession, annual professional development course, and good benefits package.

      Inconvénients

      The local office leadership is lacking in a way that is detrimental to the success of the organization. There's a lack of direction, death by meetings - which usually ends with no further action being taken, the Managing Director's ego is inflated and he has yet to deliver on annual membership acquisition goals, male-centric US office environment, blatant bias, and a lack of transparency. Management is secretive and shady. Outdated software and poor technical support.
