      There are plenty areas of opportunities to learn new ways to grow and work as an employee and you learn ways to manage your lifestyle.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it is difficult to have some answers to find quick solutions for the type of work that we manage as an agent although we can get things done.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Inconvénients

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Avantages

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Inconvénients

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
