Avantages

Excellent raise structure. You can get raises every 90 days anywhere between 5 cents to a dollar. It all depends on how good you are at sales.

Inconvénients

If you don't like telemarketing this job isn't for you. It also starts out at 9.50 an hour. There is a lot of micro managing.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Inconvénients

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Avantages

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Inconvénients

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
