I worked with some really amazing people and made a ton of lasting relationships with co-workers and vendors. I gained invaluable experience to better myself and expand upon my professional resume.
Inconvénients
Too many to list off. It looks Red Brick Management "re-branded" under RBM Partners to most likely start fresh because their reputation was so far gone. They absolutely do not offer training that is worthwhile, you will be held accountable for issues that happened well before your time, they will scold and reprimand you over things that you were never actually shown how to do properly, your staff will either regularly be fired or quit, so you will be constantly training new team members all while trying to do your own job. There is zero communication and organization amongst upper management and it was an overall EXTREMELY toxic work environment even for myself who I would consider to have thick skin.
