Avantages

The company offers a positive and supportive work environment where respect, collaboration, and professionalism are truly valued. There is a strong culture of teamwork, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and contribute openly. Diversity and inclusion are clearly respected, creating a workplace where people from different backgrounds feel welcomed and valued. Management is approachable and supportive, and there is a genuine effort to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The organization also provides good opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Inconvénients

Like any growing organization, there is always room for improvement in processes and communication; however, management is generally open to feedback and willing to make positive changes.

Avantages

The Company has worked hard to drive culture change and engagement over the last few years and it is starting to show all over the country. Lower turnover, higher engagement scores, better safety records, and overall morale. There is low ego in the leadership ranks and the executives are readily available to employees.

Inconvénients

Change is hard sometimes. Because the company has grown so much in the last five years, it is always in a state of change.

Avantages

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

Inconvénients

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
