      I believe that the company does actually care about its employees. Everyone feels like team players at all times

      Inconvénients

      Work dynamics vary by account. I have been on highly organized accounts where the day to day is great, and some dysfunctional accounts where everyone is stressed all the time.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
