Avantages
Work is interesting and reasonably varied, Middle management are generally good and base salary is fair. Colleagues are consistently helpful and nice to work with. Hybrid working for office colleagues is available and works well.
Inconvénients
Benefits are poor compared to many office jobs - parental leave in particular is very bad. Discussion lately on moving backwards in terms of hybrid working options (possible increase from two days). Heavily trade driven and short term management - changes are often pushed through under high pressure, too quickly and without proper justification. Office locations are difficult to access by public transport
