      Company is a shambles Annual redundancy policy in place No Transparency in decision making Lots of bullying Poor product Customers very unhappy CEO needs to resign Lack of vision People in constant fear of the next cull

      Overall had a great experience working at R3. My team was really collaborative and the office environment was very positive.
