Avantages
I have been with R2 Logistics for 4.5 years now and have grown tremendously as an employee as well as a person. R2 Logistics is a place where you have the opportunity to make the job what you want it to be. There is no ceiling as to how far you can advance. The harder you work and the more you put into it, the farther you will go. I have seen some of the negative reviews on here and I am sure that those people are/were the "clock punchers" that came in and counted down the minutes until the day was over, complaining every minute of it. Working for this company is not for everyone which is why I believe the turnover is a bit higher than with other companies.
Inconvénients
It can be a stressful job at times and beat you down. However there is always someone there to motivate you and make sure you keep your head up.
