      Avantages

      1. The business is good. (A potential highly grow industry). 2. Young and lots of energy. 3. Have lots of motivated employees.

      Inconvénients

      1. AH hire lots of contractors - which save the benefits cost but cannot get loyalty from contractors. 2. Some managers treat contractor very bad - i.e. overtime without pay, use bad staffing firms (their "preferred" vendors - probably have "preferred" relationship with the management.) 3. Lack of long term plan. 4. Many non-skilled managers in the work place.

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
