There are many things which needs to be change in R1,, few of them are listed,,,, biased culture,, hiring new employees with the pckg of 4.5 pa however the employees who are already working here getting much lesser pckg,,, it’s painful when new people in team comes and tells u that they have better pckg then urs and with lesser experience n knowledge,,, management is biased and people who are in management doesn’t look like managers thats the reason they have been assigned with different colour leinyard,,, the first picture of R1 shows the differentiation between the employees by assigning them with the R1 leinyard with diff colours,,, forcable OT and stay back in this company,,,,no transparency management,,
