      Avantages

      Very caring for their employees, health insurance cost is basically fully covered. Summer fridays and bonuses yearly. It is a friendly place. Has also always been on the forefront of accepting people as they are for decades. Lots of PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little lower than I could obtain elsewhere but the benefits out weigh it for me.

      Thank you for your review! Our people are our greatest asset and we take great pride in making sure they are taken care of. As you know, we created our Professional Development Program which warrants yearly compensations discussions, however raises and bonuses are contingent not just on performance but on the health of the business.
