      Avantages

      You get a paycheck and all government required breaks and holidays off.

      Inconvénients

      There is only lateral movement here. No advancement. People who work there are waiting to retire, are family of other employees, or simply could not do better.

      Avantages

      Provide services for under privileged people who lack resources and knowledge to help themselves.

      Inconvénients

      The most knowledgeable employees who work efficiently and thoroughly do not get recognized or praised for their efforts. The company hours got reduced many years ago and never went back to 40 again as promised. Flex pay continues to be reduced, no short term disability or maternity benefits, no health or dental benefits offered.
