      Avantages

      - Good work life balance. - Flexible timings and option to WFH. - Better appraisals compared to the likes of TCS, HCL etc. - You get to do work which actually makes an impact (depends on your team/project). I am able to completely change my tech stack and switched to different team within the company. - Management is easily accessible. - Good HR policies like leaves, health insaurance, term insaurance policies, subsidised food to name a few.

      Inconvénients

      - Very few options to save tax. - No Paternity leaves. - 90 days notice period.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues

      lacked training efforts a bit and could improve on communication within the company
