Avantages
Slightly better pay, nice colleagues, well-known clients, a good first job for graduates. You might get a raise if you are on the same wavelength with the management.
Inconvénients
Very inhuman management, they don't value employee potential and expect them to work over their limitation just to not lose the job, they would use threatening strategy to trick employees to be productive (which does the opposite effect). There is lack of agility and transparency from the top down and employees are overexploited and treated like numbers on their excel spreadsheet. Would only recommend as a first job to gain experience.
