Avantages
QuickPivot was acquired by Vericast in 2019 and is in the beginning stages of a strong growth phase further expanding the CDP capabilities and services for clients. Working here gives employees a lot of opportunity to be a part of new initiatives and to evolve in their careers.
Inconvénients
Being in a growth phase has its pros and cons. There are needs for employees to be flexible and shift focus often due to testing different strategies. However, the company is strongly supportive of work-life balance and recognizing employees for their hard work.
