      Avantages

      You feel like home. People are nice and friendly. You get opportunity to learn also sometime.

      Inconvénients

      Other than people, there isn't anything good about the company. Salaries never on time. Falls big promises given at the time of hiring which they never accomplish. Being in US shift, they do not have cab system. They only drop employee through Uber to save money on pick up. And etc. I can keep going on...

      Avantages

      I had the pleasure of working at Qualtech RPO for the past year, and I must say it has been an amazing experience. The company has a great culture and provides ample opportunities for professional growth. One of the things that impressed me the most was the skillful seniors and great team players I had the opportunity to work with.
