      Many things to do. Can learn a lot. Coffee shop is just downstairs.

      Inconvénients

      Too many duplicated work and reports to do. Time could be better spent to bring in more sales. No single ladies in the company.

      Avantages

      1. The manager and management team is open for improvement suggestions and proposals. 2. The company always like to grow the talents within the company. 3. The opportunities for career not limited to what you are doing now, but what you are good at. 4. Good team work and very rarely to have politics within the office.

      Inconvénients

      1. Higher expectations for experienced personnel. 2. Dynamic environment if you always ready for challenges which make you grow.
