      Avantages

      I started here as a fresher, for freshers only they will give good hike. nice work culture less work pressure

      Inconvénients

      not much, but after completing 3 years as a fresher good to join another compny very less hike in appraisals 2-3 % lots of politics.

      Small company dynamics. This meant that you were made to feel important if you had the right attitude towards work and performing for clients.

      Inconvénients

      Small company/workforce meant that the project pipeline wasn't big. This necessarily meant that you were more or less stuck in the project (client engagement) that you are working on.
