      You work alone and very little micro managing when I worked there.

      Inconvénients

      You are not allowed to give constructive criticism or have an opinion. The owner is a condescending individual. Asks your opinion and then argues why your wrong.

      No micromanaging. Input on how to make things easier is always taken. Health Benefits are great.

      Avantages

      Work vehicle, currently 4 day with occasional 5.

      Inconvénients

      New CEO changing promises made to tech. Pay not keeping up with demand of tech. Overworking and setting impossible goal. Unable to reach HR about benefits. Management openly lying to tech on many issues. Fails to have training. Allow tech who are incompetent to continue doing services while other tech are following and correcting.
