      Avantages

      Fascinating technology. HQ in Israel has bright people who are easy to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Top-heavy, overpaid managers. Technology was ground-breaking 5 years ago. Now, not so much. US management has experience in sales, not much in software.

      Avantages

      Great product, people are excellent, company really cares about its employees on a personal basis. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Highly political, pays less than market salaries. Very few opportunities for advancement in the organization.
