      Coworkers gossiping, upper management picking favorites and talking bad at others during their management meetings without just cause, low pay

      Avantages

      Benefits paid High engagement from upper Mgt. Pivots well with change within the industry Fair and always looking out for their employee

      Inconvénients

      New properties not in greater SJ area. Too particular for new growth in same areas already built in. Employee housing should be %50 for all Prometheans, not just required on-site

      They are a "Pro-Drinking" Company

      Inconvénients

      Management constantly changed, Training process was unprofessional, and employees are uninspired by the company... oh and everyone gets fired eventually.
