      Avantages

      A great corporate culture and opportunities for long term growth are both present. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Objectives and goals are concise and the working environment is organized and clean. Benefits seem to be competitive and better than what I was offered in the past.

      Inconvénients

      The website really needs to be updated. I'm embarrassed to refer people to it.

      Avantages

      PBC does a great job of facilitating team support while allowing for individuals to manage their work independently.

      Inconvénients

      Work volume can be very high at times and require additional hours.

      Avantages

      I moved from the carrier side to PBC and worked there for just over 5 years. I was challenged everyday and I’m completely grateful for it as it kept work exciting and groomed me to be a skilled broker. I was recognized for my achievements and advanced at the pace I expected. Management is great and always available as a resource. Benefits and work life balance are very competitive to the industry.

      Systems can be unreliable at times but common complaint industry-wide
